Every piece we create is one of kind.
All Sales are Final.
If you have an issue with a package that was delivered you need to do the following.
1. Save all the packing and the box
2. Take pictures of the box/packaging.
3. Take pictures of the item(s) damaged.
4 Semd them to [email protected] with a note explaining what is going on.
We will check it out and ask the postal person in our area if it is postal issue or our packaging, If they say we packed it properly, you will need to file for the insurance.
If it is on our emd we can create another one similar or you may have another item equal value from our shop. We do require the return of the damaged good.
