Processing time
Most of our items are ready to ship if they are listed in our shop. If for some reason a piece needs a little more curing time, We will let you know in the descriptions. Shipping times are when they will leave our home to the post office which is not open on Sunday or holidays. Once it reaches the post office it is out of hands time wise.
Insurance
USPS guarentees a package up to $100.00. It is your responsibility to let us know if you want added insurance and it will come as a separate charge to the same method you paid,
Customs & Import Taxes
Zoe's Zoo N Zombies sells and ships in the United States and Putero Rico only.
Tax for the USA will be added according to regulations.

If an item is damaged in transit, save the packing material, including the box and take pictures. From pictures we will determine if it is due to packing OR Post Office issues. The Post Office will need all materials to file a claim.
